You will receive a healthy plant with good roots. Orders will be sent the following Monday after order is placed, unless it's a public holiday in which case it will be sent the following Monday. Orders must be received by Midnight Sunday to ensure dispatch the following week. We will always do our very best to get all orders out on the following Monday but if something prevents this from happening we will contact you. Combined shipping: We are pleased to announce that we can now offer flat rate combined shipping. All plants will be sent in the original pot with soil UNLESS the combined total of the order is over 500g in which case we will remove the pots and soil and wrap the roots in Sphagnum moss to bring down the overall weight of the parcel. If you DO NOT wish for this to happen, please let us know and request a total prior to paying and we can calculate the shipping cost for you including the pot and soil. Important note we have many plants to choose from and will send the best looking at the time.
